  • Iron (45 mg): Essential for oxygen transport and energy production.

  • Vitamin C (1,000 mg): Bolsters the immune system and promotes collagen production.

  • B12 spray under the tongue: Ensures optimal nerve function and red blood cell production.

  • Choline (600 mg): Supports brain health and neurotransmitter function.


Morning Boost: Energizing Your Body


Vitamin D/K (10 drops) & Ubiquinol (200 mg)


Starting the day with Vitamin D/K and Ubiquinol provides crucial support for bone health, immune function, and cellular energy production. I try to get most of my supplements in the morning. Recently, I increased my dose of Ubiquinol from once a day to twice a day, totaling 400 mg. Why Ubiquinol?
